We are a tech support and computer repair company based in Duluth, MN. We fix computers, but it's more than that. Whether it's a hardware or software issue, we want to help you do your work, run your event, or continue your play without a hitch. We want you to have a different experience in tech support, and we offer a personal and friendly experience while getting your stuff set up right.

 We are a husband and wife team. Chris is the brains behind the operation, with many years of experience under his belt. He is a self-taught problem-solver, with the skills and stubbornness fit to see a problem through to its conclusion. Nikki supports the company through website, marketing, and writing efforts.
